Intolerances: Fructose, Dairy, Soy, Gluten
An easy way to amp up your mayo. Perfect dipping sauce for just about anything….burgers, fries, pretzels.
Growing up, my favorite condiment for my hamburgers was yellow mustard and miracle whip mixed together. I didn’t like yellow mustard plain, frankly, I’m still not a huge fan, but I didn’t want ketchup. My mom came up with the concoction and I was hooked. Fast forward 35+ years and I am doing the same thing, but with a twist. I use Mayo instead of Miracle Whip, I use mustard powder instead of yellow mustard and I add some vinegar for some added zing. It goes great with burgers, chicken, fries…and it is fructose friendly.

What to serve it with:
- Baked French Fries
- Turkey Burger
- Fried Chicken Strips
- Smoked Gouda Juicy Lucy
What you need:
- Mayonnaise (recommend Avocado Oil based Mayo for fructose intolerances)
- Mustard Powder
- Rice Vinegar
- White Pepper
- Kosher Salt
- Bowl
- Whisk
This is a simple aioli. Sure you could make it from scratch (we can do that another time), but sometimes a shortcut works great too. Grab your bowl and add your measured out mayonnaise. Next measure your mustard powder, kosher salt and white pepper (substitute cracked black pepper), add it to the mix. Finally, measure your rice vinegar and add. Whisk it all together and you have yourself a quick and easy mustard aioli.
