A creamy and tangy topping for your favorite Mexican dish.
I love Mexican food, more importantly, I love a good condiment for Mexican food. I have never and would never turn down a squeeze of lime, a dollop of sour cream or spoonful of guacamole. So, why not combine them all together. This crema is a creamy topping that is perfect for any Mexican dish. It has the tartness of the lime, the tang of the sour cream and the sweet creaminess of the avocado. It is the perfect condiment to drizzle, dollop or dip your favorite bite into.

The Crema
This recipe comes together fast. Cut the 2 avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Add the sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt) to a food processor, along with the meat of the avocado, the juice of 1 lime and kosher salt. Blend everything together until smooth.
