Intolerances: Fructose, Gluten, Dairy, Soy
The perfect dry rub to spice up your poultry.
I have always loved a good dry rub. When we go out to a restaurant or bar and everyone wants to order wings…usually it is buffalo wings or some saucy wing. Not me, I have always been a dry rub gal and that isn’t going to change. This is an easy, quick dry rub that really compliments any poultry item. The best part is, you probably have all of the ingredients in your pantry.

Serve it with:
- Chicken Wings
- Pork Tenderloin
- Grilled Chicken Legs
What you need:
- Bowl and Spoon
- Air Tight Container (if storing)
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper
- Ground Mustard
- Ground Cumin
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Rosemary

This is about as quick and easy as it gets. Mix together your salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, rosemary and ground mustard. You are ready to go! Sprinkle liberally on your meat and continue with your favorite cooking method. This recipe will work for about 1.5lbs of meat, so please adjust as you see fit. You may store in an air tight container for up to 6 months.
